Dear Ben,

My van was in a fix. so l booked it in with Ben wicks. It was due for a MOT and service to be honest was feeling quite nervous as like most trades we probably don’t treat our vans as well as we should. lt came to the day but l’d been distracted by a massive work load from a very big client. I phoned Ben and told him that l had forgotten about the MOT and Service and that I  was stuck on site and couldn’t leave. The perfect response came from Ben “Don’t worry Shane I’II come and get it leave you with my van and bring yours back later.” Customer service like this is rare in the modern day and with out a doubt this is on par with the service I try to give my own customers. Since my van’s MOT I have had my wife’s car through Ben as well. She was also blown away with the customer service as well. Without a doubt they have a new loyal customer for life and l shall recommend them anytime possible. Very highly recommended and the best customer service.

After ‘bumping’ into Ginny’s brother-in-law in a backstreet in Wisbech, I needed to get my car fixed. and as he says ‘if your car’s in a fix, call Ben at Michael Wicks’. So I did…

The estimate was done the very same day and approved by the insurance company assessor about a week later.

Ben offered me a loan car while mine was being repaired, but since the insurance company was paying, I took their hire car. When I picked my car up four days later I was extremely pleasantly surprised to find that they had given it a compete valet – my car had never looked better and you would never have guessed that it had been bumped into. l hope I don’l have to, but should I need to. I would not hesitate to use Ben’s crash repair service again.

Finding a good garage that will provide you with a good service these days is not easy. I have now found one.

The lead time for work to be done was only two days. I had to wait two weeks at another local garage. You accepted my vehicle and gave it probably the best check over it has ever had.

When I came to pick it up, you spent time with me going through all the things that you had found. This was not to increase the amount that you could change me but for my information. Of the ten points, you suggested that only one needed to be done immediately and the others could wait until another time as they were only advisory.

The attitude, service and customers ‘good feel’ was at the top end of the scale. Ben, thank you for your service. I will always go to Wick’s Garage with my vehicle from now on. It will be a pleasure to recommend Wicks’s Garage to all my customers and friends.

I was returning to my car a couple of weeks ago and noticed a note on my windscreen. A very honest woman had left the note saying she had hit my car while parking.
